Trendsetter Construction
Trendsetter Construction is made up of President Patrick Gilligan and brother-in-law and Vice President Tony Tonioli. Patrick is a general contractor and has been in construction for 31 years. Pat started his home building career in 1985 in Middletown, New York working as a carpenters apprentice for a small custom home builder. He moved to Sebastian in 1994 and got a job with a local custom home builder as a Carpenters foreman and quickly climbed the ladder and moved through the superintendent levels.
