What began as the vision of Oldsmar City Manager Bruce Haddock over six years ago is quickly becoming a reality. Hayes Park Village has been designed with energy efficiency, high quality and sustainable construction methods, green features and environmental friendliness in mind. This community of 52 cottage style homes will range from 850 square foot "micro homes" or "studio cottages" all the way to 2,500+ square foot models, perfectly suited for the growing family. F Street Homes plans offered will range from 1,288 square feet to 1,617 square feet. Hayes Park Village will create beautifully designed, affordable housing in an intimate suburban setting. Construction is currently underway, just east of Pine Avenue on Hayes Road, with the first of its beautiful homes expected to be ready mid-summer of 2014.
