This makes Zephyrhills a popular skydiving destination and home to Florida's number one skydiving center, Skydive City. Abbott Park is located in a prime location in Zephyrhills. This community will be comprised of 514 homesites and will feature our Express Homes series as well as our Freedom Homes series.
