Due north of Marietta, one of Atlanta’s most desirable suburbs, Crestmont features a resort-style pool and an amenity center, three lighted tennis courts and a playground. Even more recreation awaits at nearby Lake Allatoona, a sprawling and meandering lake with tons of opportunities for family fun. Plus, Blankets Creek mountain-bike trail, Cherokee County Aquatic Center, Hobgood Park, and Bass Lake Park are all nearby. The neighborhood’s Canton location means convenient access to the Sixes Road exit off I-575, just two minutes away, while the I-75/I-285 intersection is just 10 minutes away, and GA 400 is only a half-hour drive. Children attend Holly Springs Elementary, Dean Rusk Middle and Sequoyah High schools.
