We have new construction homes available in the “little big town” of Columbus, Georgia! With a population of approximately 200,000 people, the city of Columbus is big enough to have most of the amenities of a big city such as restaurants, bars, shopping, hospitals, and major road systems and small enough to drive across in about 30 minutes and still experience genuine southern hospitality. Situated on the Chattahoochee river at Lake Oliver, water sports are active in Columbus and will soon include the largest urban whitewater course in the world. We are approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Atlanta airport and 1.5 hours from downtown Atlanta and all that it has to offer. Columbus is just a short 3 or 4 hour drive from the beautiful Gulf Beaches and the Appalachian Mountains, so you can plan a weekend getaway by the ocean or in the wilderness in no time!
