This exciting new community is located approximately 1.5 miles west off of Exit # 18 – GA-400 (Hwy. 369/Matt Hwy). The Orchards of Coal Mountain, with its close proximity to both SR Highway 9 (Atlanta Highway) as well as GA 400 will offer tremendously easy accessibility.
