Gunnerson Pointe

Gunnerson Pointe is a new single-family home development in Cobb County by Kerley Family Homes. This small enclave, located in Kennesaw, Georgia, will have 42 homesites with standard features from our Signature Series of floor plans. The floor plans range in size from 3,043 to 4,020 square feet and start in the $600s. A big family room with fireplace, a formal dining room, and a chef's kitchen with an expansive island and pantry are included in all designs.
