This new community has an amenities package including swim, cabana, and play field. There are 2section of Brookfield Farm one with ranch plans with 3 or 4 Bedrooms and 2 to 3 Baths and onw with 2 story homes 3-5 bedrooms. Kick back and relax in the pool or take a fast lap around it, take a stroll on the walking trail around the pond. There is a playing field for picnics and soccer on a sunny afternoon.
