Parkside Estates is a 45-unit townhome and single-family complex now under construction in Roswell, Georgia.

The site lies 22 miles north of Atlanta's downtown area, 16 miles north of Buckhead, and 6 miles southwest of Alpharetta. The 40-acre East Roswell Park, which has tennis courts, fields, hiking paths, picnic spaces, and a community center, is right across the street. Across the street is the spanking new East Roswell Public Library.

Norso Companies, based in Atlanta, New York, and New Jersey, is a privately held real estate development and investment corporation. Norso purchases and develops a variety of asset types across the United States, including townhouses, condos, multifamily, senior housing, retail, and office properties.
