We are 10 minutes to I-95 or Highway 21. 15 minutes to Rincon, Ga. 15 minutes to Pooler GA. 25 minutes to Downtown, Midtown or Southside Savannah Ga. Our model home is located at 92 Lake Shore Blvd. It is our Hartwell floor plan, from our Lake Side Collection. It is not for sale. It takes 2-4 months to build this home from start to finish once you have selected your lot. On our Benchmark Collection Homes it takes 2-3 months from start to finish. We would love to build a home for you. Kevin Kirsch is a wonderful builder and he contributes up to $6000 towards closing cost and/or prepaid escrow items. I have been in this business 38 years and he is one of my 5 favorite Builders. We have two collections to choose from. Our Benchmark Collection has 17 floor plans with prices ranging from $132,900 to $200’s. Our Lake Side Collection has 6 floor plans $178,900 - $200's. Our square footage begins at 1200 sq ft and goes up to 2700 sq ft. This is of course, heated and cooled space. The base price include includes the lot. However, there is a lot upgrade to be on the lake, a corner lot or a larger lot. This charge ranges from $1000 to $5000.
