The Arbors
The Arbors is Skogman Homes' newest Cedar Falls subdivision. Located on the southwest side of town off of Viking Road, The Arbors is walking distance to Prairie Lakes Park, Cedar Valley walking trails, Crossfit Kilo, Key West Fitness and shopping and dining conveniences. Target, Walmart, and Scheels are a few of the many nearby retail stores, with Cedar Falls Industrial Park and Target encompassing many different employment opportunities within walking or biking distance. Highway 20 provides quick access for those with a longer commute. Current residents will attend Southdale Elementary, Peet Junior High, and Cedar Falls High School. In the fall of 2018 this neighborhood will attend the new elementary, Bess Streeter Aldrich.
