With a rich story when it comes to construction, it is no surprise that they have had they have conquered much of Central Iowa Built off the success of the buildings erected by their father and grandfather, Richard Henry for homeowners in Iowa, TinLeeHe is the new generation of Henry Builders, the backbone on which much of the lands in Des Moines and Pleasant Hills was built. As a young child, David Henry would marvel about his father’s work and soon, worked side by side with him, learning the intrinsic values and skills of the trade. After finishing high school, David joined the now renowned Baker Electric as a foreman but still made out time to build homes with his father after work and during the weekend. As their reputation grew, they took in more and more projects and David eventually quit his job at Baker Electric to become a full-time home builder erecting homes all over central Iowa. He was soon joined by his son, Austin, who, like his father, decided he fancied the family business, getting involved as much as he could. In 1997, David bought Golf cars and as the business flourished, and grew larger, he finally slowed down on construction of homes giving more responsibility in home building to his Austin.
