Chapel Hill

Chapel Hill is comprised of over 240 Acres of gently rolling terrain. 70 Acres of Greenspace include densely wooded areas, open spaces and stream way with Hike & Bike Tails that will link into over 300 miles of Johnson County Trail System. Chapel Hill is located just across the street from Heritage Park. Heritage Park is a 1,238-acre park is located at 159th and Pflumm Road. Purchased in 1979 through voter-approved bonds, the park was dedicated on July 4, 1981. Recreational facilities include 10 picnic shelters, a 40 acre lake, marina, a 30 acre dog off-leash area, shelters and picnic areas, play areas, outdoor exercise equipment, athletic fields for softball, football, soccer with concessions, and the 18-hole championship Heritage Park Golf Course and driving range.
