Create Construction is the premier construction and custom home building company in Gallatin and Park counties, in Southwest Montana. Founded by two experienced construction professionals, Doug Addicott and Mitch Steckmest, Create Construction provides pre-construction planning, professional budgeting, scheduling and contract management as well as project close-out services.

Doug started his career in the industry over 25 years ago as a carpenter, project manager and director of scheduling & planning. He is an Oregon native with a degree in Construction Engineering from Oregon State University who has been living and working in Southwest Montana since 2011. Mitch has been involved with construction since high school - he moved to Bozeman to attend MSU in 1992 and has worked on various projects since, including custom homes and commercial buildings. He started his own business - Steckmest Construction in 2006.
