Centennial Estates

Centennial Estates is an Olthof Homes community featuring single-family homes with upgraded standard features, and maintenance-free paired villas tucked away in the charming lakeside town of Cedar Lake, Indiana. Conveniently located near US 231 and Route 41, Centennial Estates offers its residents the best of both worlds. On the one hand, residents enjoy the tranquility of lakeside living. On the other hand, they are close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment, with easy access to Gary, 27 miles to the north, and Chicago, Illinois, just 45 miles to the north.

The Town of Cedar Lake is a quaint Chicago suburb with a lot of history and charm. Its downtown government complex features 18 acres of parkland and open space, with more than 500 feet of lake frontage along the town’s namesake, Cedar Lake, a 794-acre lake that offers an array of recreational opportunities for the whole family. The Complex is also home to the town’s annual SummerFest and the Lake of the Red Cedars Museum, a restored resort hotel with an exciting history. Cedar Lake is Northwest Indiana’s largest natural lake. Fishing and boating are popular seasonal activities at Cedar Lake. There are numerous lakeshore parks throughout the town with viewing areas, picnic areas, public access, beaches, a boat launch, and a fishing pier. Centennial Estates is less than a mile from the shores of Cedar Lake. Students who live at Centennial Estates attend schools in the Hanover Central School District, including Jane Ball Elementary School, Hanover Central Middle School, and Hanover Central High School.
