Four Oaks

Located in the quiet and serene country setting of Danville, and served by the Avon School district, Four Oaks offers a truly different kind of community with spacious homesites that back to tree lines and 39 acres of community open space and ponds. This collection of just 220 homesites will also feature a 13-acre central park and amenity center that will include a swimming pool and picnic area. A trail system will wind through the central park area, and wrap around the sparkling fishing pond.
