Canyon Creek Highlands

Canyon Creek is located south of the intersection of Prairie Star Parkway and Clare Road in Lenexa. Surrounded by 70 acres of wooded park land, residents in Canyon Creek enjoy a freeform community pool with covered cabana area, a playground, basketball court and large playing field suitable for soccer or football. The community also features a lake surrounded by miles of paved walking and biking trails. Canyon Creek is five minutes from Black Hoof Park and Lake Lenexa, which is surrounded by miles of scenic walking and biking trails connected to the 17-mile Gary L. Haller National Recreation Trail. A grocery store is located just to the east down Prairie Star Parkway, with a larger shopping and dining complex offering a Walmart and nearly a dozen restaurants ten minutes south along KS-7.
