Choosing a builder is one of the most important decisions you will make. Building a home should be a wonderful and exciting experience, but too often the process becomes confusing and frustrating. Having already built 60-70 homes a year, we have decided to build on a much smaller scale. After owning large construction companies, both Jim and I want to personally supervise each project and provide a positive experience for our homebuyers.
