Villas of Avalon  is The award-winning development duo of Saul Ellis and Mark Simpson offers 31 maintenance-free free-standing patio villa houses starting in the $700s in the center of bustling Overland Park at the corner of 151st and Switzer Road in the Colton Lakes area.
