Our program offers you the flexibility to build where you want, whether it is on an open or approved builder lot within another neighborhood, or on 40 acres in the country. We have the experience and know-how to guide you through the entire process. Flexibility: with the DLH Build on your Land program, you have the flexibility to customize your new home in ways not always available to customers in traditional neighborhood settings. Do you have a brother-in-law who installs wood flooring & who owes you a favor? Just let us know! With our program we can easily integrate him into the contractor base for your new home. Did you paint houses in college, and you want to paint your new home so that you have some sweat equity? No worries - we can accommodate you in that regard as well.
