Smithfield Construction has been building energy-efficient homes. Sophie Lane, Perley Lane, and Robinson Farm are examples of current communities.
In New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts, Smithfield Construction has designed and built custom homes, small and large subdivisions, and small commercial projects. Our reputation is built on a one-of-a-kind blend of practical, elegant engineering and meticulous project management. Our in-house design and installation of heating systems for our homes, as well as geothermal heating systems for new and existing homes, has been a speciality.
