Welcome to Spille Builders and Developers, Inc. We are a fourth generation family business that specializes in the design and construction of energy efficient homes. We have been building in various locations of Northern Kentucky for over 60 years, on scattered site, acreage, and local communities.As a small builder, we pride ourselves in meeting our customers needs while constantly improving our methods. One of our main focuses is to design a home to fit our unique customers creating an energy efficient and functional floor plan while still considering style and modern methods.Carrying on past traditions and values we add in current methods and technology. This combination allows us to continue to improve our homes as this dynamic industry evolves.Our in-house design team will listen to your ideas and create a draft layout to incorporate your ideas.
