In Carriage Trails, a master-planned community in Tipp City, Ohio's Miami County, Fischer Homes is providing the Designer and Maple Street Collections of new homes. You had the option of living in one of two separate Fischer Homes areas. The first portion features numerous two-story and multi-level structures, while the second half features unique ranch-style living with basements and lofts.

More than 90 acres of planned open green space, including walking pathways, natural habitats, and park-like settings for family activities, are featured in the neighborhood, which is tucked inside a 625-acre development. Carriage Trails is conveniently located off Old Troy Pike, near to a variety of retail and dining options.
