Mallard Point is a private lake community, in a resort like setting. This community offers a total of 3 private lakes, with the main centerpiece being a 100 acre lake measuring 42 feet deep, which possesses over 6.3 miles of shoreline. Great fishing, swimming and boating can be enjoyed from your back yard or by a boat ramp, for non lake lot owners.
