Dawson Bluff Townhomes is a townhome complex created exclusively by Alvarez Construction. Dawson Bluff Townhomes will include 241 townhome plots and will be conveniently located in Baton Rouge near the Mall of Louisiana. The community will have a guarded entrance and exit, as well as a pool.
