Woodward Village

Woodward Village is a self-contained hamlet located amid Carlisle, Massachusetts's rural grandeur. This 18-home neighborhood, organized around a large common green, offers all of the benefits of the town's typical open spaces, as well as the close-knit environment and high-quality, eco-friendly construction that distinguishes NOW Communities developments.

Only 10% of Woodward Village's 42 acres will be developed, ensuring that inhabitants have easy access to a large amount of permanently preserved open space. The neighborhood has been intended to be environmentally friendly and to have a low impact on local animals. All 18 comfortable and attractive homes are net-zero capable, which means they have extremely low running expenses for homeowners and have a negligible environmental effect.
