Founded in 1986 by master tradesman and craftsman Michael A. Cerreta, Cerreta Builders has earned a reputation as one of the area’s top custom home builders. Michael has worked in the industry for more than 35 years. As a master craftsman, Mike often observed critical problems in the industry, including inconsistency in quality and insufficient attention to detail. He recognized that these two issues almost always led to cost and schedule overruns and a poor overall construction outcome. He started Cerreta Builders in direct response to addressing these needs.

Mike has assembled a team of outstanding partners in every field to ensure the result of each project is nothing less than complete satisfaction. He oversees every phase of each home building project, from initial design to construction, to the finishing touches. He is always on-site and available to his customers.
