At Paquin Design Build, our team begins with a clean slate and works its way up. In each of our custom homes we create something completely unique. We do all of this with the help of one highly skilled team and with a single organization. A dedicated project manager is assigned to each home we design and build. This person is responsible for ensuring that your project is completed on time and within budget. This team leader is in charge of managing, scheduling, and acting as a point of contact for all of our contracted industry partners. Assisting you in the selection and finalization of your finishings, our design and project management team keeps a close eye on your budget throughout the process. This overview eliminates unexpected issues and keeps any cost limitations at the forefront of the client's consciousness.

Our business model significantly reduces the amount of time spent on design and construction projects across the board. We no longer have to rely on the schedules of other entities because we have the entire team on staff.
