Regional Homes of Maryland is perhaps the most prolific custom home builder in all of Maryland. By working with Regional Homes, customers can rest assured that their dreams home will be completed in the proposed time frame, and be to their liking.

At Regional Homes, there are three approaches used in creating custom homes for customers. There are the Lot finding method, the House Plan method, or the Construction method.

The Lot method allows any customer to choose from Regional’s extensive inventory or tap into their many resources to find the perfect lot for you. After choosing a lot, the next step is to choose from their many floor plans that can be customized to meet the design requirements of your proposed home.

The House Plan method allows customers that already have a lot of their own to choose from Regional’s many well-crafted house plans (which can be customized) and develop a cost basis for those plans to be built on your lot.
