ZRidge Rock

Ridge Rock is located in DeWitt Township, which offers lower property taxes, this residential community enjoys a great location North of I-69 and Clark Rd and East of Airport Road, which is a convenient proximity to highways, shopping, schools, and within minutes of Michigan State University and Downtown Lansing. Ridge Rock, is Dewitt’s newest and most prestigious subdivision. This is a beautiful community with a dramatic stone entrance. Ridge Rock will be offering wooded, daylight and large walk out homesites. Homeowners have the opportunity to add an outbuilding, called a “carriage house”, equivalent in size to approximately that of a one car garage, and whose front façade must match that of the main house. This feature is rarely found in such an exceptional neighborhood, yet is a desired feature by many.
