Ver Woert Construction has provided this service to over 650 families and will continue to do so in the future. Cambridge Grove is a residential planned unit development located approximately north of Standale in Walker, Michigan. Cambridge Grove is home to a collection of stunning single-family bespoke homes, all of which must adhere to the permitted development criteria. Cambridge Grove has received approval to build 145 home lots in five phases. In November of 2019, Phase 2 was completed and approved for home development. The extension of Kenowa Ave south, the establishment of a second entrance to the neighborhood, and the construction of 20 more individual dwellings are all part of this phase.

Manen Meadows is a private executive lot development located off Leonard St. in Tallmadge Township, MI. Manen Meadows will be located in the rural northwest of Grand Rapids, with seven lots ranging in size from an acre to more than an acre. A well and a septic system serve the lots. Within the neighborhood, there will be one acre of designated green space that will serve as a shared amenity for the development's residents.
