Celtic Meadows

The new neighborhood of Celtic Meadows, which McBride is developing, will include 68 single-family houses. The area will include floorplans from McBride Homes' Oakwood Series, which includes ranch, story-and-a-half, and two-story house designs. Every house will have a garage large enough for three cars.

The 21-acre piece of land, which is situated close to the crossroads of Highway 141 and Manchester Road, once served as the location of John F. Kennedy Catholic High School. More recently, Fontbonne University constructed a campus expansion on the land. Another neighborhood that has been granted permission by the USDA is Celtic Meadows. Those who are eligible may be able to purchase a brand-new home with an interest rate that is guaranteed to remain the same for the next 30 years and a mortgage insurance payment that is much lower. McBride Homes and its personnel are very thoughtful and accommodating when it comes to addressing any issues or problems that may arise. In a timely manner, we address all of the calls and queries that come in.

McBride is excited to work closely with the City of Manchester to develop a lovely community in this ideal West County site since there is a lot of pent-up demand in the region for new homes, and McBride is looking forward to meeting this desire. In addition, there will be a civic grass area, common ground, a gazebo, and a pedestrian route at this location where community meetings may take place.
