For many years, J.S. Robinson Fine Homes has been building custom homes in Kansas City. We've built over 1500 homes in and around Kansas City, with models ranging from the low $400s to custom, luxury homes. To construct a house, numerous suppliers and tradespeople are required. J.S Robinson prequalifies and carefully selects subcontractors with a demonstrated track record of dependability and a commitment to building only the highest-quality structures. The Realtor initiates the sales process, the lender provides financing, the excavator digs the foundation, framing carpenters, roofers, masons, electricians, and plumbers all participate in our construction process. All of these abilities are necessary to construct a J.S. Robinson home.

Built-in crown moldings, finely crafted newel posts and stair railings, wide-trimmed doors, countertop edge details, and a variety of built-ins are just a few of the features.
