Jim Carlson has made it his primary purpose to give each homebuyer the benefit of the knowledge that comes with 35 years in the building industry. He specializes in custom features such as dramatic entries, beautiful stairways, detailed fireplaces, cabinetry, energy efficiency, and above all, craftsmanship. Jim has been honored by his peers with his induction into the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City Hall of Fame for 2006. He is past President of the Home Builders Association and servers as Director of the Board of Directors. He is also a Director for the National Home Builder Association. He is chairman of the Clay County Building Commission, and has served on numerous county committees.
