Horizon is located in North Chatham County, convenient to Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Pittsboro and the rest of the Triangle. Usually such convenience comes at the expense of privacy. Not in Horizon. Here you can have the space to live amidst nature and be close to your life away from home. And, there's more: living in Horizon will actually save you money. The property taxes for a Horizon home are roughly half the cost of a home inside the Chapel Hill city limits. We invite you to also investigate our schools.
