The beautiful Due West Heights community is in the countryside of Southwest Charlotte. Conveniently located next to The Palisades CC, Due West Heights has great access to employment, shopping and entertainment with the distinctiveness of a close-knit neighborhood. Due West Heights is 3.2 miles from the ’center’ of the Steele Creek community (NC49/ S. Tryon at NC160 ? Steele Creek Rd), with its Atrium Emergency Hospital, Super Target, Home Depot, Harris Teeter & Publix grocery, plus dozens of boutiques and services and twenty+ dining options. The Steele Creek Library is 3.6 miles from Due West Heights on NC160. There is no neighborhood amenity but we highly recommend the Palisades Country Club which offers golf, tennis, pool (& swim team) as wall as a fitness facility. Due West Heights is currently served by Palisades Park Elementary, Southwest Middle schools and Olympic High School - pending the opening of the Olympic Relief High School next to Palisades Park Elementary in Fall 2022. Palisades Episcopal School (JK-8) is 2 miles from Derby Farms.
