Clayton at Wellesley new homes range in size from 1,900 to over 4,000 square feet! Fabulous kitchens, formal areas, opulent principal suites, organizing spaces, bonus rooms, up to six bedrooms with choices for additional bathrooms, lofts, and sitting rooms are all featured in one and two-story open floor plans.

The majority of plans have a designated home office, flex or bonus room, or extra bedroom, which is ideal for homeschooling or working from home! Michael J. Mungo began building homes in the Columbia, South Carolina area in 1954, and his family is still actively involved in the new home construction business today. Many of our team members live and play in the communities where we construct, so you'll likely run into us at the grocery store, a football game, or the gym, and we'll look after you just as well after the sale as we did before.
