Villages of Denver

Villages of Denver welcomes residents with rolling hills, winding sidewalks, and abundant, beautiful old trees, many that date back to Denver’s founding as “Dry Pond” before the Revolutionary War. Villages of Denver’s sparkling pool and clubhouse are also six minutes away from the Lake Norman Sailing Club and Cowan’s Ford Country Club. Denver’s town center is close to the lake’s marinas and boat-launch access, as well as numerous restaurants, parks, shopping, and family-friendly entertainment. The neighborhood is close to the intersection of Hwy 16 and Hwy 73, offering access to I-485 for a nearby drive to Charlotte and the big city’s unlimited amenities. Students attend Lincoln County schools, including nearby East Lincoln High School.
