Located in Durham, home to Duke University and its world-renowned medical center, as well as the city’s culturally bountiful downtown, Brightwood Trails is just around the corner from Research Triangle Park. Close by are excellent shopping and dining opportunities at Brier Creek Commons, Streets of Southpoint, and Crabtree Valley Mall, to name just a few. Nearby Falls Lake is a 12,000-acre recreational paradise, a pristine reservoir ideal for paddling, swimming, and fishing.
