The Vega

The Vega, named after the forging designer business "Vega Metal Inc.", will be a 5-story midrise structure located near Lambert's previous development "The Brannan." The Vega will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, a fitness center, outdoor lounging areas with a water feature adjacent to a professional kitchen, and a shared social room for inhabitants to utilize. A parking garage with storage units will be built underground. The ceilings in the bedrooms and living areas will be at least 9 feet high. Designer kitchens featuring high-end equipment, quartz worktops, and under cabinet lighting will be found in every unit. A “Centor” folding glass door leading to a private balcony will be included in each residence. A package room with refrigeration will be included in the structure, as well as a location for Amazon deliveries and pick-ups. The Vega website is still being developed. Henry A. Lambert started Lambert Development LLC, a privately held real estate development firm. The firm is noted for its skill in the development of luxury condominiums, mixed-use retail/loft complexes, and commercial properties, as well as its expertise in historic site renovation. Among the most recent developments are:

San Francisco's Brannan, Oriental Warehouse, Lansing, and Potrero, San Diego's Renaissance and Bella Via, and Pasadena's Mission Meridian Station. Lambert also refurbished Cap-Grand-Hôtel Ferrat's du Cap-Ferrat. The most recent project Lambert is working on is a 35-unit luxury condominium in Durham, North Carolina.
