North Lakes

The wait is over. North Lakes is now open as an extension of Fuquay-Varina’s first-ever master-planned community, South Lakes. Due to South Lakes’ popularity and award-winning homes, it would only seem natural to grow the community as more families flock to the growing historic town. Fuquay-Varina was named as the No. 3 “Best Place for Homeownership” in North Carolina, which makes North Lakes the ideal new community to live in. Located near the intersection of US-401 and Hwy 55, North Lakes is in the perfect spot for convenience to work, downtown life, and more. Designed by Preston Development, North Lakes features a natural setting with plenty of open space in combination with boardwalk trails, an expansive greenway, and views of the 30-acre lake.
