Longleaf Estates - Highland Collection

Longleaf Estates Highland Collection will feature a variety of single-family home designs in Raleigh on Forestville Road, near 401. The community will offer 299 homesites with a pool amenity. Homes will include three to six bedrooms, 2 and 3-car garages, mixtures of first and second floor owner’s suites, and nine foot ceilings on the first floor.
