Hasentree, the Triangle's best resort-style neighborhood, is located just north of Raleigh, outside of Wake Forest, North Carolina, and has a Tom Fazio-designed golf course, three pools, a restaurant, a fitness center, tennis courts, a spa, and nature trails. Neighboring Falls Lake provides unlimited boating and water sports options, while Historic Downtown Wake Forest offers shops, restaurants, and events steeped in Southern small-town charm.

Michael J. Mungo began building homes in the Columbia, South Carolina area in 1954, and his family is still actively involved in the new home construction business today. Many of our team members live and play in the communities where we construct, so you'll likely run into us at the grocery store, a football game, or the gym, and we'll look after you just as well after the sale as we did before.
