Gem Builders

Gem Builders specializes in custom home construction. They specialize in homes ranging in size from 1600 to 2500 square feet. The vast majority of their customers are first-time shoppers. With the exception of Country Aire Estates, they solely build in their own subdivisions. They have been in business for more than 25 years.

They have constructed almost 250 homes. Many options that other builders employ as add-ons are included as basic features with them. All of their materials are obtained from local businesses. All of their subcontractors are locally owned and operated. They design all of their floorplans in-house, so there are no restrictions on adapting to the needs of their customers. Customers have the option of using their plans or supplying their own.

The first step is to meet with them is to discuss your requirements and choose a floor plan. They will discuss how you want your new home built, both inside and out. After they have acquired all of the information, they will develop a spec and bid sheet for you that will detail everything they discussed and provide a contract price.

They have computer programs to develop the designs for your new house, whether you provide them your own floor plan or choose one of theirs. They draw all of their own plans, allowing them to update and redraw as needed. They can also provide you with a three-dimensional rendering of your plans, whether they be for kitchen cabinets or the outside of your home.
