For the past 40 years, Vencil Homes has been actively involved in all projects it undertakes. We are a certified building contractor who works directly with homeowners during the entire construction period. At Vencil Homes, we give out our office number to every client we work with. Our founder, Dave, will personally call you and answer any questions you may have.

Vencil Homes has become a household name in Omaha, NE, the metro area and surrounding areas. We currently have access to lots in Cass, Saunders, Sarpy, and Douglas subdivisions. At Vencil Homes, we are an excellent choice for someone looking to build a new home in communities such as LaVista, Bellevue, Blair, Elkhorn, Papillion, and Millard. For us to build quality homes, we have limited ourselves to building approximately 15 homes a year.
