We apply the latest construction techniques and materials, offering Energy Star- certified homes that also conform to the new FEMA standards for building in flood zones. In addition, we offer over 40 floor plans that can be customized to suit any special needs and considerations. At Walters Homes we set the bar high: With every new residential project we undertake, we challenge ourselves and our partners to deliver high-quality homes at the most reasonable prices. We have two sales offices located at Beach Haven West and Ortley Beach. Visitors to the Beach Haven West sales office, 880 Mill Creek Road in Manahawkin have the opportunity to tour the fully furnished four-bedroom West Wind model. Visitors to the Ortley Beach sales office located at 1801 Route 35 North have the opportunity to tour the fully furnished four-bedroom SeaBreeze model.
