Each of our home models have been built to scale in three dimensions on a computer software program. This technology allows the homebuyer and builder to work together in designing and revising floor plans and features. If you want to change the craftsman style exterior layout and colors, add additional tile, or implement a customized feature to a floor plan, this can now all be done with a few clicks of a mouse and displayed on a large screen TV before your eyes. Though true that our in-house designs are typically a better value than custom homes, (and we do have a wide range of designs to choose from) our use of computer technology offers the flexibility to make the customized design changes that you’re looking for.So what does this mean? This means no unpleasant surprises when your home is complete. Instead we can easily adjust your design, colors, or materials until it looks just the way you want it to. That being said, it’s never a bad idea to know exactly what you are going to get before construction even begins.
