In Mourningkill Meadows, your home will be surrounded by rolling hills, streams and mature forests. You will find yourself conveniently located near everything you need.

A classic suburban community, lots range in size from one quarter acre to over one acre. The neighborhood is located in the Town of Ballston, Saratoga County. Working diligently with Town Planners, design engineers crafted a neighborhood that has large spacious lots for gracious country living, while preserving the natural beauty of the surrounding terrain.

Residents of Mourningkill Meadows will have unparalleled access to nature through designated, preserved land areas, protected stream corridors and ponds, and forever-wild wetlands. On the practical side the community is served by all public utilities (water, sewer, and natural gas, and underground electric, cable and phone).
