Dave Martin and his son Andy, owners of Martin Custom Homes, based in North Syracuse, New York, have worked together in the residential construction industry since Andy was a young boy. The father-son pair take great pride in the quality of the custom homes that they construct for their many satisfied customers. Since 1993, this local, family-owned, and operated custom home construction firm has provided quality residential construction services to customers throughout Central New York. The company’s dedication to integrity, excellence, and quality service have earned Martin Custom Homes a strong reputation among its peers and customers. Dave Martin started his career in the construction industry as a teenager working with his uncle as a mason’s apprentice in the capital region of New York State. Dave worked as a laborer and carpenter throughout high school and college before starting a corporate career. Over time, his son Andy encouraged him to return to his construction roots. The two began working on small residential construction projects, including garages, decks, and home remodels, quickly developing into custom home construction projects, attracting new customers throughout Central New York strictly through word-of-mouth referrals.

As a teenager, Andy Martin attended a local Boces program and graduated at the top of his class in the construction/carpentry program. After graduating high school, Andy worked for Stickley Furniture and RB Woodcraft before partnering with his father in residential construction. Andy oversees all Martin Custom Homes custom home construction projects and material acquisitions. He has had a deep passion for construction since he was a young boy, and he is proud to now be living his dream!
