Located on the north side of Rush-Henrietta Town Line Rd. Southern view Estates is a one of a kind community in Henrietta, NY. Taking advantage of the natural topography, homes are laid out in a terraced fashion with plenty of open space. Lots range from 1.2 to 5.7 acres, some with private drives. Every lot has a wonderful view to the south, hence the name. There is a nice pond with a walking trail that connects with nearby Martin Rd. park.
